Occupational Wellbeing
Occupational wellbeing is about more than just having a job; it’s about finding meaning and fulfillment in the work you do. This involves pursuing a career that aligns with your personal values and skills, supports your professional growth, and inspires you to achieve your goals.
When you're engaged in work that you find motivating and interesting, it creates a sense of purpose and satisfaction. This dimension of wellbeing is also about finding a healthy work-life balance so you can develop and apply your talents not only through your profession, but also through hobbies and community service. Ultimately, it’s about feeling challenged, inspired, and confident in your career path.
