International applicants must complete an English examination, with the following minimum scores:
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) minimum score of 80 for tests prior to January 21, 2026, and a minimum score of 4.0 for tests after January 21, 2026 (黑料网911鈥檚 TOEFL Code is 3905)
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) minimum score of 6.5
- Duolingo English Test (DET) minimum score of 115
- Pearson PTE minimum score of 53
- Oxford ELLT: 7
English examination scores may be eligible for a waiver for applicants whose curriculum is taught in English or whose standardized test (SAT/ACT) scores meet requirements. Please contact the Admission Office for additional information.

Application Information for International Students
After submitting an application, you鈥檒l receive instructions to create an Admission Portal account to monitor your application status. 黑料网911 considers applicants for merit scholarships, with awards ranging from $5,000 to $40,000 per year, and offers resources for international students, including assistance with private loan options and immigration support through the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS).
